IEEE CSCN 2022 will feature Demo and Poster Sessions with the aim of providing research/platform/product demonstrations and exhibits, from both academia and industry that validate important research issues and/or show innovative prototypes. More specifically:
(a) The Demo Session offers a great opportunity to showcase innovative research or product prototypes, systems, software and hardware platforms, and novel applications. We also welcome live demos reproducing results of papers presented at IEEE CSCN, as well as other relevant venues.
(b) The Poster Session provides an excellent opportunity for initial feedback on early research results or dissemination of the research outputs by ongoing or recently concluded research projects. This Session will be particularly useful for early stage/student researchers for direct interaction with faculty, industry personnel, and other peers.
We particularly encourage the following types of submissions within the CSCN topics of interest:
* Demos from experts from industry and academia showing the state-of-the-art
* Demos from student authors related to their research topics
* Demos/Posters of research related to accepted CSCN papers
* Posters showing results of a work-in-progress paper
* Posters showing results of ongoing or recently concluded research projects
* Posters showing results of a PhD students paper
The abstract of accepted Demos and Posters will appear in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEEXplore.
Submission Instructions
All submissions have to comply with all the IEEE’s and conference guidelines found and explained here. Submissions are limited to three (3) pages for Demos and one (1) page for Posters, and must be written using the IEEE conference proceedings style format (two-column and 10-point font). Only timely submissions through EDAS will be considered. Submit your Demo/Poster here!
Registration and Presentation Requirements
To be published in the IEEE CSCN Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication of the abstract in IEEE Xplore®, each accepted Demo/Poster requires a Demo/Poster registration. Accepted Demos and Posters can be presented in the conference only if the authors would like to do so (it is not essential).
Important: Presenters of accepted demos/posters can prepare a poster (in A0 format) and showcase it during both the IEEE CSCN 2022 conference and the Industrial Workshop for immediate interaction with the attendees of the collocated events! Furthermore, they can record a video that will be made available for attendees to best showcase their demo/poster.
